Supply Chain Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation within a complex manufacturing environment. This role will focus on end-to-end Supply Chain business processes, including manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse operations, transportation, planning, and Source-to-Pay. The Program Manager will serve as a key connection point between business leadership, Supply Chain process owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party system integrators. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of how Supply Chain processes operate within a manufacturing organization and has direct experience supporting enterprise SAP transformations. Location: Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives supporting an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Maintain program plans covering initiative sequencing, milestones, dependencies, risks, and business readiness.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of issues and dependencies across Supply Chain, SAP, IT, Data, Change Management, Training, and business teams.
