Supply Chain Program Manager

About the role

This Supply Chain Program Manager will manage the execution of projects in accordance with the organization's project management methodology. The role involves developing, prioritizing, and submitting project plans, budgets, and methodologies across a range of key projects. You will define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and perform post-implementation evaluations. The position is responsible for the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively comprise a program within the Global Regulatory Services team.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and/or critical programs.
• Establish the program strategy and determine key characteristics of the program.
• Monitor progress and performance of the program against the initial plan.
• Re-evaluate and steer the program based on status and program targets.
• Select and manage relationships across businesses and project teams.
• Identify and resolve program problems and minimize delays.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of individuals to ensure milestones are completed on time, within budget, and according to expectations.
• Guide the team in developing procedures to ensure the sustainability of project results.
• Lead meetings, develop slides, and present program status to senior leaders.
