Supply Chain Product Planner

The Supply Chain Product Planner is responsible for End-to-End Supply Chain planning for a set of rare disease products along a 0-to-3 years horizon, covering both IBP and S&OE horizons. You will ensure that market demand is covered by available supply, providing timely, high-quality, and cost-effective supply of medicines to patients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Ensure product balancing between demand and supply, and gap remediation across both 0-3 months (S&OE) and 4-36 months (IBP) horizons. Responsible for net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
• Master Data & Planning Parameters:
  • Create and maintain accurate product-related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, aligning with End-to-End Product Leader's strategy/segmentation guidelines.
  • Sole accountability for master data values owned and entered in workflows, adhering to site Master Data governance.
  • Document methodologies and calculations for determining master data values.
  • Contribute to Master Data continuous improvement in coordination with Master Data Stewards and the Data & Process Manager.
  • Adhere to governance meetings established in playbooks to ensure regular revision of master data values.
  • Ensure compliance of master data values with business rules in the M&S Master Data Playbook and review when specified triggers occur.
• IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) cycles: Contribute to the standard End-to-End Planning & Execution decision loop in collaboration with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance).
• Product Strategy Support: Assist in product-driven strategic and budget planning, provide data-driven insights for long-term decisions, and incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand planning, Supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related fields.
• Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of building plans and aligning stakeholders to drive decision-making.
• Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai, or others).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in matrix environments (cross-functional and multi-location global stakeholder management).

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Advanced understanding and experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
• APICS certification is an asset.
• Experience working with financials and budgeting.
