Supply Chain Planner
Responsibilities
- Direct production planning activities by organizing order volumes, sequencing schedules, and adjusting priorities to align with operational needs.
- Maintain planning settings and core master data to support accurate scheduling, inventory decisions, and supply chain performance.
- Track material availability and identify potential supply issues early, then communicate impacts and resolution timelines to business partners.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide timely updates on constraints, risks, and expected recovery actions.
- Cover product launches, changeovers, and end-of-life planning to ensure smooth transitions across the supply chain.
- Oversee the sample order process from request through fulfillment to meet delivery expectations and support business needs.
- Review planning processes regularly and recommend improvements that strengthen responsiveness, efficiency, and material flow continuity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including planning processes, procurement coordination, and material flow control.
- Experience managing production schedules, order prioritization, and supply-related issue resolution.
- Ability to assess constraints, evaluate risks, and communicate actionable updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background working with global supply chain or global procurement activities is preferred.
- Proficiency in maintaining planning data and supporting accurate execution through strong attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
