Supply Chain Planner

About the role

As an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner, you will support procurement operations by converting requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders, resolving invoice and order issues, providing training and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders, and executing the Annual Framework process.

Responsibilities

• Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders
• Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and shopping cart errors
• Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Execute Annual Framework process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. university required
• Recent graduates with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn will be considered
• Onsite work in Moline, IL is required
• 12+ months contract (possible extension depending on performance and client needs)
• Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future
