The Supply Chain Process & Analytics Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence for the newly integrated Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) organization. This role will focus on assessing process effectiveness, establishing a robust data-driven culture through advanced dashboards, and leading cross-functional improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own design and maintenance of the GPSC "Playbook" by conducting regular assessments of purchasing and supply chain workflows to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all SOPs, process maps, and policy documentations are scalable, data-driven, and audit-ready.
  • Design and automated deployment of real-time dashboards and KPI metrics to ensure a "Single Source of Truth" that transitions the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Serve as the lead business stakeholder for ERP enhancements, defining functional requirements and driving automation to eliminate manual reporting and close process gaps.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks by executing process improvements that reduce manual data entry and streamline information flow between teams.
  • Proactively identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-based tools, to enhance business processes, predictive reporting, and overall organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience driving supply chain process optimization and design, specifically within high-growth technology or manufacturing industries.
  • 4+ years of experience in business process mapping (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) within a hardware environment.
  • Mastery of ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and P2P (e.g., Coupa) platforms.
  • Proficient in SQL/Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode).
  • Practical experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to supply chain workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to map information flow with upstream/downstream impacts and manage the relationship between multiple cross-functional systems and tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
  • Six Sigma Certification.
  • Experience across multiple supply chain domains.
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.
  • A forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards the desired outcomes.
