About the role
This position is 100% on-site located in Melbourne, Florida. It is a first shift role and cannot support telework.
Responsibilities
- Release Work Orders in SAP based on Master Scheduling
- Provides kit list and Pick list to kitting team
- Affords assistance with all Stock Purge
- Processes loans
- Processes SMO of Make components
- Manages Call Boards
- Quarterly MRP Exception Report (MMAS requirement)
- Reconciles inventory discrepancies
- Cross functional collaboration on non-conformance dispositions, scraps, RTV, Internal Supplier rework (PPRW)
- Final kit verifications prior to release
Requirements
- Must have Bachelors Degree with 2 years of experience, Masters Degree or in lieu of degree with 6 years of experience.
- Experience must be in: supply chain, procurement, logistics or another relevant field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP, ERP or other related business software
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work as a teammate and independently
- Ability to perform 50% desk work and 50% production floor integration responsibilities with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must have an active U.S. government Secret Clearance with investigation completed in the last 5 years as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting).
Skills
- Prior warehousing experience
- Knowledge of parts protection and packaging process
- Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
- MES Program Experience
- Experience working knowledge in production planning process

Pay
The primary level salary range is $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
