About the role

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities

• Drive material availability and influence superior internal customer service.
• Drive execution excellence and collaborate with strategic and tactical functions, programs, production sites, engineering, and ISC operations (SIOP, Quality, Logistics, etc.).
• Communicate production readiness, forecasting, and shortage mitigation to increase tactical visibility and timely resolution on production and assembly needs.
• Develop tools to increase visibility and identify leading indicators on material availability.
• Work closely with tactical procurement teams to ensure purchase orders are issued outside or at lead time to support on-time PO delivery of production parts.
• Serve as the primary POC for the organization to resolve emergent needs and coordinate actions and responses from the core supply chain team.
• Identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions to improve the business through operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field required.
• P2: 2 or more years of related professional experience required.
• P3: 4 or more years of related professional experience required.

Skills

• Proficiency in SAP, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office products.
• Technical experience with commodities, purchasing, or manufacturing operations preferred.

Schedule

Full-time, first shift.
