Pay
Expected pay for this position is $17.66 - $19.63/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Logistics Specialist operates OSF HealthCare vehicles to provide prompt and accurate pickup, transportation, and delivery of packages, including:
- Laboratory specimens
- Medical supplies
- Mail and documents
- Pharmacy and medical instruments
Additional duties include:
- Maintaining accurate records of route activity through manual and electronic documentation
- Utilizing a mobile device scanner when required for documentation and route operation
Requirements
- Valid Class D driver's license with a good driving record and no more than one moving violation within the last two years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction

- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)

- 1 year of prior work experience
