Title:Supply Chain Operations Manager Location: Elmhurst, IL Hire Type: Direct Hire Shift : 1st Compensation: $90-120K (DOE) Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: 10% Bonus Benefits:Full comprehensive benefit package offered Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead inventory and warehouse operations for a growing, custom manufacturing organization. You’ll manage a team of 10+ employees across multiple nearby facilities while driving inventory accuracy, process improvements, and operational efficiency. Job Duties: Lead, coach, and develop a team of inventory and warehouse employees.Oversee receiving, inventory storage, FIFO, cycle counting, and material picking.Ensure accurate and timely shipments to customers and production.Improve inventory processes, warehouse layouts, and operational workflows.Manage facility improvement projects, equipment purchases, and space planning.Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.Coordinate daily priorities with production and internal teams.Ensure safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.Work occasional Saturdays for inventory counts and special projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or project management.Previous team leadership or people management experience.Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Experience with process improvement, Excel, and ERP systems.
