Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational functions through direct supervision of Forecasting, Purchasing, Production Planning, Logistics, Receiving and Inventory Control.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to meet company objectives for quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Implement best practices in production planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Ensure operational processes meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering and Product to align operations with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capital investment projects for operations.
  • Develop and mentor operational leadership, ensuring strong succession planning and staff development.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Build, document and refine supply chain processes in support of ISO 9001
  • Create Master Production Schedule that balances customer and CMC needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of production, supply chain, and warehouse management best practices.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Deep knowledge of business operations and effective decision making normally associated with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record in Lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive change and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
