We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: relocation assistance, clearance required, travel, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Description repeated: At Northrop Grumman... (two copies). We'll keep one paragraph. - Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 2 or 3) to join our team... This position is located in Palmdale, CA. First Shift: 5:00AM-3:30AM PAT, 4/10's (Mon-Thurs) schedule Position is onsite, unable to accommodate a telecommute/hybrid schedule - Essential Functions: list of duties (coordinate with manufacturing, utilize knowledge, perform SAP/MES transactions, identify inventory discrepancies, assist in determining shortages, obtain ECDs, estimate production rate, ability to obtain/maintain PIT, identify/locate/transfer large tooling, loading/unloading large tooling from Autoclave/stage). We'll turn into
  • . - This position may be filled as Level 2 or Level 3 based on qualifications. - Basic Qualifications (Level 2): list. - Basic Qualifications (Level 3): list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Primary Level Salary Range: $20.86 - $34.76 - Secondary Level Salary Range: $24.71 - $41.15 - The above salary range... (explanatory text). We'll keep as prose under Pay. - Benefits: "In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business." - Also mention overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. - Schedule: "First Shift: 5:00AM-3:30AM PAT, 4/10's (Mon-Thurs) schedule Position is onsite, unable to accommodate a telecommute/hybrid schedule" - Also maybe "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days..." but that's application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So drop that. - Also "U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions." That's maybe part of Requirements? It's a requirement. Could include under Requirements. - Also "Ability to obtain and maintain U.S Government Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting)." That's a qualification. - Also "Active DOD Secret level clearance." under Preferred Qualifications. - Also "Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs." etc. - Also "Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one." - Also "Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point" - Also "Experience working in SAP", etc. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role: could include the description paragraph about Northrop Grumman and the role location and shift. - Responsibilities: the Essential Functions list. - Requirements: maybe combine Basic Qualifications (Level 2 and Level 3) and citizenship requirement? But we have also Qualifications section. The instruction says use headings for: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We could treat: - About the role: description paragraph + location + shift. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: Basic Qualifications (Level 2 and Level 3) maybe plus citizenship requirement? But we also have Qualifications heading separate; maybe Requirements for mandatory qualifications (like education, experience, lift, driver license, ability to obtain clearance). Qualifications for preferred qualifications? Skills for specific skills like SAP, forklift, communication. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think. We have Basic Qualifications (Level 2) and (Level 3) which are similar except years of experience. Could combine as "Basic Qualifications" with note that Level 2 requires 2 years additional education/experience, Level 3 requires 4 years. Could present as list. We also have Preferred Qualifications list. We also have Skills: maybe "Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point", "Experience working in SAP", "Experience moving large items on Forklift", "Experience working in a warehouse environment", "Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers". Also "Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing including but not limited to electric carts, forklift, reachlift." That's more a qualification. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include sections with placeholder text. So we need to ensure each heading we include has substantive content. Let's draft sections:

    About the role

At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. This position is located in Palmdale, CA. First Shift: 5:00AM-3:30AM PAT, 4/10's (Mon-Thurs) schedule. Position is onsite, unable to accommodate a telecommute/hybrid schedule.

    That seems good.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with Manufacturing to assist in prioritizing WIP to ensure contractual schedule dates are met.
    • Utilize knowledge of production requirements to coordinate with other shop support teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, MRB, Industrial Engineering, Shipping, Distribution, etc.) to initiate actions to remove any constraints to production.
    • Perform necessary SAP and MES system transactions to release work orders for Manufacturing, receive parts into inventory, close out manufacturing work orders, and issue parts up to next higher assemblies.
    • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies as they are brought to the attention of the team.
    • Assist in determining possible and actual shortages and may initiate action to correct these deficiencies.
    • Obtain ECDs from Manufacturing based on the criticality of the parts.
    • Estimate and log production rate and time expenditures and may be required to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
    • Obtain and maintain Power Industrial Trucks (e.g., forklift, reach lift, electric cart, etc.).
    • Identify, locate, and transfer large tooling to support Manufacturing.
    • Load and unload large tooling from Autoclave/stage for Manufacturing.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
    • Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing including but not limited to electric carts, forklift, reach lift.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
    • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance.
But we need to differentiate Level 2 vs Level 3 experience. Could incorporate as note: Level 2 requires 2 years additional education/experience; Level 3 requires 4 years. Could add as list items. Let's add:
  • Level 2: 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Level 3: 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • But that duplicates education? We'll keep.

    Qualifications

    Maybe for preferred qualifications.
    • Experience working in SAP.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
    • Experience moving large items on forklift.
    • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
    • Active DOD Secret level clearance.
    • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers.
But we already listed communication skills maybe under Skills. However we have a Skills heading; we could put communication skills there. Let's decide: - Skills: communication skills, MS Office, SAP, forklift, warehouse, etc. But we already have MS Office in Requirements. Could move to Skills. However we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: Requirements are mandatory; Skills are additional abilities that are beneficial but not mandatory? The instruction doesn't define; we just need to use headings when there is real content. We could treat: - Requirements: education, experience years, lift, driver license, ability to obtain clearance, citizenship. - Qualifications: basic qualifications levels (2 vs 3) maybe? But we already used experience years there. - Skills: MS Office, SAP, forklift, warehouse, communication. - Benefits: health insurance, life/disability, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives. - Pay: salary ranges. - Schedule: shift details. Let's craft. First, About the role as above. Responsibilities as above. Requirements: list mandatory items. Let's list: - High school diploma or equivalent. - For Level 2: 2 years additional education and/or related experience; for Level 3: 4 years additional education and/or related experience. - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. - Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one. - Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing (electric carts, forklift, reach lift). - Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access. - U.S. Citizenship required for positions with government clearance. We could also include "Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint" as a skill, but it's also a requirement? It's listed under Basic Qualifications. Might be considered a requirement. We'll put under Skills. Qualifications: maybe we treat as "Preferred Qualifications". But heading is Qualifications (not Preferred). We'll still use Qualifications for preferred qualifications. Thus:

    Qualifications

    • Experience working in SAP.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
    • Experience moving large items on a forklift.
    • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
    • Active DOD Secret level clearance.
    • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers.
Skills: maybe we put MS Office proficiency.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    But that seems thin. Could combine with Qualifications? However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having a Skills section with only one bullet may be thin. Could we incorporate MS Office into Qualifications? But Qualifications already has preferred qualifications;
