Job Description
The Global Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist oversees & manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

AeroSCM Desired Skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Skills (as well as JIRA/Tableau)
- Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to successfully interface and interact with all levels of the organization including executives
- Desire to help implement and lead change
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously
