We’re partnering with a global manufacturing leader to find a Demand & Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead a high-impact planning function across multiple business lines. Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Drive demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning across seven business lines
• Partner directly with executive leadership to align commercial demand with supply capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop one direct report
• Support M&A integration efforts and enterprise-wide change management initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, visibility, and operational performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, and forecasting
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in a manufacturing environment
