Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
Manages and oversees the supply chain operations for a facility or multiple facilities, including purchasing and inventory of materials. Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations in order to meet established goals. Coordinates and resolves issues regarding existing and new products. Oversees most day-to-day operations of the group. Interacts with customers to ensure needs are being met. Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to the CFO. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years supply chain experience
- 1 year of charge/supervisor experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
- PREFERRED: 2-5 years of leadership experience
- PREFERRED: Certified Materials and Resources Professional (CMRP)

Organization Description
West Boca Medical Center (WBMC) is part of the Palm Beach Health Network and has been serving southern Palm Beach and northern Broward counties for over 37 years. WBMC offers general medical and surgical care, orthopedics, a robotic surgery program, a state-of-the-art breast imaging center, women's and children's services, and the only level III NICU in southern Palm Beach County. Its two emergency centers, one at the main hospital and the other in Coconut Creek, are open 24-hours a day.
