Supply Chain Manager

About the role

This position serves as the functional lead for Supply Chain at a manufacturing site, responsible for ensuring timely customer service through planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and campaign readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery of seasonal and pandemic campaigns, developing robust plans aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Drive and facilitate the Site Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, supporting forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Manage inventory integrity, ensuring materials are ordered, available, and compliant with GMP and financial standards.
• Oversee data integrity in ERP systems, leading process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Lead warehouse activities, motivate teams, and ensure safety, accuracy, and KPI achievement.
• Ensure pandemic preparedness, maintaining stock levels and readiness plans.
• Represent global supply chain in product lifecycle strategies, reviewing product profiles and network impacts.
• Collaborate across functions, including manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics, to align strategies and resources.

Qualifications

• Extensive supply chain knowledge from sourcing to delivery, preferably with vaccine industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking abilities.
• Experience in matrix environments and ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles.
