Supply Chain Manager
About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is part of the Spanish Fork Lead Team. This role is responsible for leading the design, execution, and implementation of best practices for sales forecast, demand, and production planning for ENA’s Spanish Fork extrusion and fabrication business operations. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns, and working capital. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment across sales and operations planning, ensuring higher efficiency and service outcomes in line with ENA’s customer service value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Workload Optimization: Lead S&OP management reviews, prepare data and metrics, identify gaps, and build decision-making frameworks. Prepare escalations for executive review when needed.
- Inventory Management: Track working capital using the monthly S&OP tool.
- Customer Block Management: Oversee the process to determine capacity reserved for short lead-time orders.
- Six-Month Capacity Planning: Manage capacity planning via the monthly S&OP process.
- Identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across all areas of responsibility, including communication with extrusion sites on production, quality, inventory, and shipping.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategies and establish accountability.
- Develop and implement standard processes for supply chain activities, including capacity planning, inventory control, and metal planning.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of proven leadership experience in Finance, Sales, Production Planning, or equivalent.
- Passion for safety and ability to drive a safety culture.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management or Lead Business Systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented.
- Outgoing, consultative, engaging, and a good communicator.
- Exceptional leadership, influence, and change management skills.
Qualifications
- Oracle or ERP Systems experience is a plus.
- Strong planning and analysis skills preferred.
- Exceptional Excel skills preferred.
- Manufacturing experience, particularly in the aluminum extrusion industry, is a plus.
