About the role
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers. This includes managing logistics, inventory, and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supply chain operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock management systems to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Proven ability to manage complex supply chain operations and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
- Experience with supply chain software and tools such as ERP systems, SCM platforms, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
