Supply Chain Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Aid in supply chain management tasks such as forecasting, ordering, and product distribution. Collaborate with KCL on supply chain activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with key accounts
• Coordinate and lead major supply chain projects
• Contribute to senior management with ideas and suggestions on major issues
• Work with product manufacturers, KCL, and partners to update forecasts, place orders, and manage supply chain activities
• Build relationships with key distribution and supply chain partners
• Attend trade shows and meetings to enhance current success and foster new partnerships
• Engage in strategic planning with home office personnel to improve product flow
• Collaborate with brand teams to develop new trade programs and monitor existing ones
• Identify and communicate market trends to the organization
• Manage departmental budgets and promotional spending

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in the beverage industry, with a broad range of experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of distribution in the beverage industry from launch to end user
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
