You'll Be Doing
- Lead the site's supply chain strategy across purchasing, inventory, planning, scheduling, and fulfillment.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Quality to align demand, capacity, priorities, and customer delivery expectations.
- Develop sourcing, procurement, inventory, and vendor management practices that support cost, quality, reliability, and working capital goals.
- Oversee production scheduling and shop order management in IFS Cloud ERP, while improving schedule adherence and throughput.
- Lead project/order coordination for custom and large-project work, including escalation when demand exceeds capacity.
- Build, coach, and develop leaders and teams within purchasing, scheduling, project management, and related supply chain functions.
- Use KPIs, ERP data, lean practices, and regular operating reviews to improve delivery, backlog health, inventory balance, and process discipline.
Who We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, planning, or scheduling leadership experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing supply chain, production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop future leaders, and improve processes in a growing operation.
- ERP experience required; IFS Cloud is strongly preferred, but SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar systems will be considered.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, production planning, inventory controls, working capital, and supplier performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.
