Supply Chain Manager

Fully on-site role in Albany, NY — 5 days per week, no exceptions. Aerospace experience is required.

About the role

Seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including S&OP, supplier management, procurement strategy, inventory planning, production scheduling, and cost optimization. This role provides leadership across the supply chain function to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy, S&OP, and operational planning.
• Manage supplier selection, development, performance, and negotiations.
• Drive commodity strategies and long-term supplier agreements.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services to achieve lowest total cost.
• Partner with production control and planning teams to align demand, inventory, and manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor supplier and material performance to support operational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in commodity management and supplier development preferred.
• 3+ years of ERP system experience.
• 3+ years of S&OP experience.
• APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or related certifications preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably electronics, aerospace, or other complex industrial products.
