About the Company

The Heico Companies has a history of success, growing from a single business to over 78 separate companies through strategic acquisitions and reinvestment. Specializing in restoring distressed companies, Heico targets acquisitions in manufacturing, construction, and industrial services, organized into four core groups: Metal Processing Group (MPG), Construction Solutions Group (CSG), Applied Solutions Group (ASG), and Industrial Technologies Group (ITG). Each acquired company operates independently while benefiting from shared knowledge across the Heico network. Privately held since its founding over 40 years ago, Heico generates over $3.3 billion in revenues and maintains majority ownership in its operations. Many of its businesses are certified Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBE).

Heico’s philosophy centers on close customer relationships, responsive service, and meeting evolving customer needs, positioning it as a leader in its industries. Products are marketed domestically through a direct sales force, manufacturer’s representatives, and independent distributors.
