Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the efficient operation and management of the supply chain within the Quality & Ops department. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Proven track record of successful supply chain management and logistics optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Experience with supply chain software and tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
