About the role
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the efficient operation and management of the supply chain within the Quality & Ops department. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
- Proven track record of successful supply chain management and logistics optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments.
- Experience with supply chain software and tools is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Six Sigma is a plus.
Skills
