We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: description of company (API Heat Transfer, TTP) – that's background, not necessarily a section. Could be part of "About the role"? Actually there is a section "About The Role". The posting includes "About The Role" heading. So we should output

About the role

with the paragraph(s) under it. Then "Key Responsibilities" – that is a list. So

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Then "Required Education & Qualifications" – that includes education, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Likely "Required Education & Qualifications" maps to Requirements and Qualifications. Could separate: Requirements (education, years experience) and Qualifications (skills, certifications). But we can also combine into one section if content is not enough to split. However we should follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into "Requirements" (or "Qualifications") whichever fits. But we have both headings available; we could split if there is distinct content. Let's see content: "Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or Master's in Supply Chain a plus. 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership, including material planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, SIOP/S&OP, and Production/Capacity Planning in a multi-national manufacturing environment. 5+ years managing direct reports and large-scale operations; proven leadership, supervisory, and team-development experience. Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated supply chain and sourcing strategies, including category management and cost/price modeling. Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics operations, and material planning processes, with the analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive operational execution in a dynamic environment. Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across a complex, multi-dimensional business. Experience in a low-volume, high-mix, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment preferred; experience in automotive, aerospace, or distribution operations also valued. Prior experience applying AI-powered tools and advanced analytics within a manufacturing supply chain to improve material planning, inventory control, supplier management, production scheduling, and overall operational efficiency. Proficient knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and equipment used in the design and production of goods. Proficiency with ERP systems (PLEX, SAP, or Oracle) and strong Excel/data analysis skills. Lean Training required; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), APICS CPIM/CSCP, or a related professional certification preferred." This includes education, experience, skills, certifications. Could be split: Requirements (education + experience) and Qualifications (skills, certifications). But we also have a separate "Skills" heading. Could put skills under Skills. However the instruction says use headings for those specific categories if content exists. We have content for Skills (negotiation, influencing, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, ERP proficiency, Excel, Lean training, etc). Also we have content for Qualifications (certifications). Could allocate. But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Thus we can have sections: - About the role (from "About The Role" paragraph) - Responsibilities (from "Key Responsibilities") - Requirements (education + years experience) - Qualifications (certifications, maybe also preferred experience) - Skills (negotiation, influencing, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, ERP proficiency, Excel, Lean training, etc) - Benefits (from "What We Offer": career development, full health & welfare benefits, 401(k), Bonus Program eligibility and paid time off). Also "A role at the leading edge of technology..." maybe also part of benefits? Could be considered benefits. We'll include that as benefits. - Pay: not specified. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: not specified. So omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal authorization, visa sponsorship, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, all details from requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? Probably we can keep the substance but not necessarily verbatim; but better to keep close. We'll produce HTML:

    About the role

Thermal Transfer Products is growing and looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead continuous improvement across our materials planning, logistics, and fulfillment functions. This is a critical leadership role accountable for delivering world-class results in On-Time Delivery, Fill Rates, Inventory Turns, and Slow-Moving & Obsolete Inventory, while overseeing Materials Planning & Logistics (MP&L), Procurement, Master Scheduling, and Inventory Control at the site level. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative, data-driven approach to partnering with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, and is energized by driving material flow, inventory optimization, and strategic sourcing in a low-volume, high-mix, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.

Then responsibilities list. We need to extract each bullet from "Key Responsibilities". Let's list them: - Provide overall leadership to the Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse departments, driving effective communication between Finance, Operations, Sales, and customers. - Identify and implement processes that improve lead times, costs, cash flow/inventory, and service by continuously monitoring and analyzing the flow of goods. - Participates in the local SIOP/S&OP process, balancing trade-offs between revenue, customer service, cash flow, and total cost through integrated business planning. - Manage material planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, and material flow operations to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules, inventory targets, and customer demand. - Align current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacity to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders. - Monitor and improve KPIs related to inventory accuracy, material availability, freight costs, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy and process efficiency. - Oversee inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess inventory, minimize shortages, and improve inventory turns. - Identify and resolve operational issues related to material shortages, supply disruptions, logistics delays, or planning constraints. - Develop and execute a multi-year, data-driven sourcing strategy — including low-cost country and regional sourcing options — to reduce total cost of acquisition while managing tariff exposure, geopolitical risk, and supply chain disruption. - Manage the local supply base, overseeing purchasing programs and category management to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and delivery standards. - Lead supplier negotiations and commercial terms, and hold suppliers accountable to quality, cost, and on-time delivery performance. - Lead the site logistics/transportation function and local 3PL relationships to optimize the trade-off between cost and service. - Manage material cost and schedule impact of proposed engineering changes and drive successful implementation of approved engineering releases. - Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, logistics, and demand planning teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment. - Maintain accurate data and reporting within ERP and planning systems and analyze data to prepare consolidated management reports that guide plant/product-line supply chain execution, with a focus on total cost optimization. - Plan, justify, and manage annual operating budgets, forecasting, and resource planning in line with plant objectives. - Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control standards, and operational policies. - Represent the site on API Functional Councils, contributing to and leveraging best practices and standard processes across the network. - Lead, coach, and develop Materials Planning and Logistics and Supply Chain personnel — including buyers, planners, logistics, procurement, inventory, scheduling— through training, performance management, and cross-training. We'll put each as
  • . Now Requirements: education + years experience. We can phrase as:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or Master's in Supply Chain a plus.

That's requirements. Qualifications: maybe certifications and preferred experience. We could include:

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), APICS CPIM/CSCP, or a related professional certification preferred.

But this includes skills as well. Might be better to split: Qualifications = certifications and maybe preferred experience; Skills = negotiation, influencing, etc. However the content overlaps. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called "Qualifications & Skills". But we have headings for both; we could still use both if we split meaningfully. Let's attempt to split: Qualifications: certifications and maybe preferred experience (AI tools, low-volume high-mix, automotive/aerospace/distribution, etc). Also maybe "Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated supply chain and sourcing strategies". Skills: negotiation, influencing, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, ERP proficiency, Excel, Lean training, knowledge of raw materials, production processes, equipment. But the bullet list includes many overlapping. Given the instruction to avoid thin sections, maybe better to have one "Qualifications" section that includes education, experience, certifications, skills. But we already have Requirements for education/experience. So Qualifications could be certifications and preferred experience. Skills could be specific abilities. Let's try: Requirements: education + years experience. Qualifications: certifications (CPSM, CPM, APICS CPIM/CSCP) and preferred experience (low-volume high-mix, automotive/aerospace/distribution, AI-powered tools, integrated supply chain strategies, category management, cost/price modeling, understanding of inventory management, logistics, material planning, raw materials knowledge, production processes, equipment). This is still a lot. Skills: negotiation, influencing, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, ERP proficiency (PLEX, SAP, Oracle), Excel/data analysis, Lean Training, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. But Lean Six Sigma appears also as qualification? It's in Required Education & Qualifications: "Lean Training required; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred." That's a skill/cert
