About the role

The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Frederick, MD, responsible for overseeing end-to-end material flow to support electronics manufacturing programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret production schedules and customer requirements.
• Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that optimize supply chain performance.
• Candidates should possess expertise in supply management and procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Candidates should possess solid inventory management capabilities, including setting safety stock levels, managing material flows, and minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in electronics manufacturing or similar industrial environments, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and knowledge of quality and compliance standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO).
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
