Supply Chain Manager, ADC IOPT

About the role

AWS Supply Chain Managers are responsible for managing the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process, coordinating with vendors and procurement, and maintaining supply continuity. This role requires strong project and supply chain management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ticket queue
• Issue POs and manage timely payment
• Material/Inventory Planning
• Supply/Demand planning and Forecasting
• Maintain continuity of supply (COS)
• Communicate supply status, risks/mitigations to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Work with data and analytics (ability to view, edit, and extrapolate data in Excel or similar spreadsheet software)
• Work with suppliers/vendors, datacenters, and inventory warehousing teams

Requirements

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen. It also requires 2+ years of program or project management experience and 1+ years of supply chain experience. Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology, experience in MS Access and SQL, and experience in requirement gathering and writing clear and detailed requirements documents are preferred.
