Job Title
Supply Chain & Logistics Planner
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inbound plastics feedstock volumes to support production requirements and inventory targets.
- Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Monitor inbound deliveries and proactively manage schedule adjustments, delays, and supply risks.
- Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term inbound planning schedules.
- Coincide closely with Feedstock Sourcing teams to align purchase commitments with operational needs.
- Partner with Supply Chain Operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage capacity planning, and material availability.
- Collaborate with Finance to support inventory accuracy, accruals, and purchasing visibility.
- Track inventory levels and consumption trends to prevent production interruptions caused by excess or insufficient feedstock.
- Support logistics coordination activities related to transportation scheduling and inbound shipment visibility.
- Maintain planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to inventory, inbound performance, and supply continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, inventory planning, or procurement support.
- Experience working in manufacturing, recycling, chemicals, plastics, or industrial operations required.
- Strong ERP system experience, including purchase order management and inventory transactions.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating inbound transportation and supplier scheduling.
- Familiarity with inventory planning and production support in continuous manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with recycled materials, plastics, or feedstock supply chains is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and reporting tools.
