This high-visibility role, part of the leadership team, reports directly to senior leadership and offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, process improvement, and operational performance across a large and complex supply chain network. Supply Chain Analysis
- Identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities through stakeholder interviews, process evaluations, and performance analysis.
- Develop business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit analyses, to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate process improvement projects and problem-solving events.
- Gather, cleanse, validate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, and root causes.
- Provide analytical support for supply chain initiatives and business opportunities.
- Perform modeling, optimization, forecasting, and what-if scenario analysis related to transportation, inventory, and network strategy.
- Document current and future-state processes using flowcharts, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
Performance Management
- Design and maintain supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Investigate service issues, operational disruptions, and recurring performance challenges.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop recommendations for process and performance improvements.
- Support development of cost-to-serve and operational performance measurement tools.
- Assist with strategic account performance tracking.
- Participate in operational reviews, planning sessions, and continuous improvement meetings.
- Help establish performance standards and success metrics across departments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional business experience.
- At least 2 years in an analytical, logistics, supply chain, operations, or continuous improvement role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
- Knowledge of WMS, TMS, MRP, DRP, or other supply chain planning systems.
- Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools.
