Supply Chain Lead – Import & Customer Operations

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Lead will oversee inventories and work directly with the ACR Sales Team and strategic customers to provide insights for business growth. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site in Exton, PA.

What You Will Do

• Provide inventory reports for sales and customers to identify constraints and offer solutions
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve the best outcomes for ACR and customers
• Communicate demand changes affecting supply and work to maintain reasonable inventory levels
• Analyze customer inquiries and opportunities from a supply chain perspective and provide feedback on service and quality
• Build and maintain relationships with the ACR sales team and strategic customers
• Support the supply chain needs of businesses under the ACR umbrella

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to respond to sales and customers
