Responsibilities
- Assist in support and recommend opportunities for improvement to the supplier portal application with feedback from users
- Assist in support and maintenance of DAX/IM replenishment software
- Align vendor supply chain with Love’s operations
- Assist in support and implementation of merchandising applications
- Manage vendor information and contracts
- Seek 100% collaboration with suppliers
- Responsible for upgrades and regular system maintenance
- Build relationships with vendor/supplier personnel
- Seek improvement of current system processes and flows
- Keep management informed of any issues or concerns
- Understand current processes and apply improvement standards
- Troubleshoot assigned store work orders
- Understand basic EDI terminology and processes
Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Business-Related Major (preferred) and/or 5 years equivalent work experience
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Very strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Physical Demands
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision
