Supply Chain Intern, Summer 2027
Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
About the Role
As an intern within our Supply Chain organization, responsibilities will vary based on your position. You will have the opportunity to assist in one of the following areas:
- Corporate Transportation
- Corporate Warehousing
- Customer Logistics
- Commodities and Procurement
- Supply Planning
- Supply Chain Analytics
- Customer Supply Chain Initiatives
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Supply Chain organization and with internal and external partners to support day-to-day business needs and strategic projects.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on process optimization and cost savings while partnering with stakeholders to develop recommendations and deliver results.
- Enhance Supply Chain knowledge through hands-on experience, department showcases, networking opportunities, and job shadowing across multiple functions.
Requirements
- Sophomore or Junior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or another relevant field.
- A well-rounded skill set including analytics and AI experience, adaptability, and creative problem solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with individuals across multiple functions.

Pay
Compensation range: $19-$24/hour. Actual hourly rate is determined based upon the year of college that will be completed at the start of the internship.
