About the role
Join a dynamic team leading warehouse automation, product customization operations, and continuous improvement projects. Supply Chain Managers make tremendous impacts on our end-to-end supply chain, working in a fast-paced environment that challenges your problem-solving skills. You’ll develop expertise in warehouse operations, customer relationships, and business planning while collaborating with disciplines such as Manufacturing, QA, IT, and Engineering. Your work will directly influence sales and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies to improve warehouse flow and end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Deliver and start up new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
- Control inventory via warehouse management systems and processes.
- Manage timely shipping and receiving of customer orders and supply.
- Design and utilize digital tools to drive scale and work simplification.
- Develop and improve standards to achieve performance targets and become a supplier of choice for customers.
- Work with state-of-the-art robotics and cutting-edge technologies, including self-guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, and automated picking solutions.
- Manage scheduling and capacity for production and material supply.
- Enable the launch of new products to the market.
- Construct learning programs, coaching, and training.
- Ensure freight capacity and reliable transportation of loads.
- Optimize inventory at P&G’s warehouses and distribution centers.
- Forecast customer demand.
- Partner with retail customers to ensure on-shelf availability of P&G products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with relevant experience.
- 3 years or less of experience in an industry-relevant field such as supply chain or logistics.
- Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
- Problem-solving via innovation and creativity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.

$85,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year.
