Key Responsibilities
- Lead Supply Chain activities supporting sourcing and resourcing initiatives
- Manage New Source Introduction (NSI) projects from sourcing through production readiness
- Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and supplier risk assessments
- Develop dual sourcing and capacity planning strategies
- Analyze supply chain planning parameters and drive process improvements
- Cook up project timelines, milestones, risks, and critical path activities
- Coooperate with activities between purchasing, engineering, logistics, operations, and suppliers
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and critical path activities
- Support supplier transitions, inventory strategies, and production readiness efforts
- Develop and present project updates to management and key stakeholders
- Represent Supply Chain in sourcing councils and project gateway meetings
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions supporting business objectives
- Drive accountability, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles and processes
- Experience with MRP systems and supply chain planning tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, IN
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Supply Chain-related discipline
- Previous Supply Chain Planning Analyst or Supply Chain Engineer experience
- Strategic sourcing or purchasing experience
- Six Sigma training or certification
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations or large-scale supply chains
- Inventory planning and demand planning experience
- Knowledge of CPS Supply Chain principles
- Process flow mapping and documentation experience
- Experience with MAMM MRP, Lognet, MRC, EDI, MESL, FRACS, or Pull Manager systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience leading supplier transitions and resourcing projects
- Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
