Supply Chain Analyst 3

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Contract Duration: 1 year, possible extension Location: Edina, MN Work Arrangement: Onsite Pay Range: $30 - $33/hr Summary The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strong relationship building with retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable. A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement. Responsibilities Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best BuyBuild and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru unitsEnsure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAPIdentify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltasDrive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalationsManage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performanceMust be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externallyMust be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environmentAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills 5+ years of experience in Planning/ForecastingStrong analytical & communication skillsAbility to work independently & manage multiple competing demandsCustomer OrientedStrong JudgementParticipative & collaborates to solve problemsAbility to work in a high-demand environment & prioritizeMeet deadlines under pressureAnalytical, attention to detail and accuracyHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite Education/Experience High school diploma or GED required.5-7 years related experience required.
