Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator – Level III – 1st Shift to join our Manufacturing team at Cummins Inc. in Ladson, SC. Key responsibilities include:

About the Role

This role supports and maintains inventory accuracy across the Charleston Turbo Plant through effective inventory management, transaction processing, and physical inventory controls.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory transactions and inventory management activities within Oracle to ensure accurate system records.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies through data analysis and plant-floor audits, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on inventory accuracy, process compliance, and material control.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills in materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.
  • A self-motivated learner with a desire for continuous development, career growth, and ownership of results.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. - May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
