Supply Chain Coordinator (HS)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records such as requisition dates, delivery confirmations, invoice pricing, and back orders.
• Track key supply data including manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, recalls, and lot numbers.
• Ensure the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the two-bin Kanban system, including picking, order processing, and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of inventory management experience preferably in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage data tracking and perform additional duties as assigned.
