Responsibilities

  • Attend daily production meetings and represent Supply Chain in discussions regarding material availability, shortages, and schedule risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Engineering, and Quality for material-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of shortages, corrective actions, and issue resolution activities within company systems.
  • Generate and distribute reports related to material availability, shortages, and production support activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing material disruptions and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, production planning, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments.
  • Must be able to work on-site five days per week and regularly support production floor operations.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
