Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support Distribution Center operations within a 3PL warehouse environment, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient DC operations
• Monitor daily activity and resolve operational issues to maintain workflow
• Communicate with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners
• Partner with transportation providers on timely, accurate shipment movement
• Arrange expedited/special shipments as needed
• Identify process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency
• Track and report KPIs; consolidate data from multiple Excel sources into reports

Required Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, reporting, analysis)
• Working knowledge of supply chain/logistics, ideally in a 3PL environment
• Strong written/verbal communication and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior DC/warehouse operations experience
• Experience with transportation providers and logistics partners
• Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement
