Responsibilities
- Enter purchase order (PO) receipts into the system with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
- Provide ongoing data entry support to supply chain and administrative team members.
- Aid in resolving and eliminating duplicate data entries to streamline workflow and improve data integrity.
- Follow established standard procedures and adapt quickly to existing processes and systems.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly escalate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support order entry and related supply chain documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Proficiency with general computer skills and office software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar data tools.
- Able to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to established processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with IBM systems is a plus.
- Experience with order entry processes is advantageous.
- Background in supply chain or related functions such as purchasing or logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Interest in growing into a longer-term or full-time opportunity where available.
