About the Role

Join our Supply Chain team at Sazerac and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and financial integrity of inventory across our distribution network. As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will manage inventory reconciliation, reporting, and analysis, while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly inventory reconciliations across bailment, VMI, and vendor locations, investigating discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
  • Analyze inventory performance and provide exception-based reporting across inventory levels, invoicing, credits, out-of-stocks, and related supply chain metrics.
  • Partner with Inventory Planning, Accounting, IT, customers, and third-party partners to improve inventory accuracy, reporting, and process execution.
  • Develop and maintain tools and reporting that improve visibility and ensure timely, accurate inventory and financial data.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate inventory, reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting processes while implementing supply chain best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with:
    • Manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
    • Inventory control, perpetual inventory systems, and budgeting processes
    • Process design, implementation, and improvement
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with developing query programs using Excel and PowerBI or similar platforms.
  • Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or broader Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
