Supply Chain Business Partner

Supply Chain Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors to improve lead times and service levels
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excess
• Aid in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and process improvements
• Support ERP system updates, data integrity, and reporting enhancements
• Partner with finance on budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Scheduling Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and long-term schedules
• Cook up scheduling of staff, equipment, or production activities based on business needs
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain leadership on a daily /weekly basis
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
• Communicate schedule changes to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify scheduling conflicts, gaps, or inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Track and report on key scheduling metrics (productivity, utilization, delays)
• Collaborate with operations on workload needs
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in systems or spreadsheets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and contractual obligations
