Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager will support the SJE Rhombus brand based out of Detroit Lakes, MN. SJE Rhombus is a leading provider of liquid level control products and pump control solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, market insights, and cross-functional business inputs
• Translate demand signals into actionable production and capacity plans to ensure the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory and shortages
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, partnering with key stakeholders to align forecasts with company objectives and customer needs
• Focus on continuous improvement, using data to evaluate forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies that strengthen supply chain performance
• Ensure alignment with company goals, maintain readiness through proactive planning, and champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Leveraging ERP/MRP systems and forecasting tools to drive decision-making
• Forecasting, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes
• Building and leading strong teams
• Leverage Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance or equivalent degree
• 3-5 years of leadership experience

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $86,000 - $98,000 per year.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
