Manufacturing Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager
The Role
The Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager will support the SJE Rhombus brand, based in Detroit Lakes, MN. The ideal candidate will develop accurate forecasts, translate demand signals into production plans, and lead the S&OP process.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, market insights, and cross-functional business inputs
- Translate demand signals into actionable production and capacity plans
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning forecasts with company objectives and customer needs
- Focus on continuous improvement, using data to evaluate forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies that strengthen supply chain performance
- Ensure alignment with company goals, maintain readiness through proactive planning, and champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Leveraging ERP/MRP systems and forecasting tools to drive decision-making
- Forecasting, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of S&OP processes
- Building and leading strong teams
- Leverage Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
Qualifications
- A 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance or equivalent degree
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Pay
$86,000 - $98,000 per year
Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
