Responsibilities
- Own and Govern Supply Chain Analytics Solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing automated processes and reporting tools that support supply chain planning and execution, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Design and Optimize Analytical Platforms
- Evaluate, adapt, and expand data platforms to meet evolving supply chain requirements, while preserving the stability and performance of existing processes, reports, and integrations.
- Leverage SAP for Advanced Supply Chain Insights
- Develop expertise in the company’s SAP landscape and data structures to design and implement automated, insight-driven solutions that address complex supply chain challenges.
- Translate Business Needs into Data-Driven Solutions
- Partner with planning, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics, models, and system enhancements.
- Drive End-to-End Supply Chain Design & Improvement
- Support network design, inventory optimization, and planning process improvements by leveraging data analytics, scenario modeling, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Teams
- Partner with the Microsoft Fabric team to define and deliver scalable data and reporting solutions. Act as primary liaison between supply chain business teams and enterprise data teams.
Qualifications
- Data Management & SQL Proficiency
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to query, validate, and support existing data structures.
- Comfortable maintaining and optimizing legacy datasets while collaborating with data engineering teams to transition toward modern, scalable data platforms.
- Ability to understand data relationships and ensure data integrity in support of reporting and analytics needs.
- Programming & Code Management
- Proficient in Visual Basic, with the ability to review, maintain, and enhance existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and usability.
- Data Preparation & Engineering
- Proficient in designing and executing data cleansing, transformation, and staging processes to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets for downstream consumption and analytics.
- Data Processing & Automation
- Solid understanding of data processing and cleansing workflows and automation techniques, enabling efficient handling of large data volumes and streamlined operational processes.
- SAP / ERP Systems Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems, particularly within supply planning modules. Skilled in analyzing current system configurations and business processes, conducting root-cause analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Analytical & Engineering Mindset
- Strong problem-solving ability with an engineering-oriented approach to system design, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Pay
Salary Range: $93,100-$160,655
The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment.
