Supply Chain Analyst / Procurement Specialist

Location: Media, PA

First 90 days are in the office 5 days a week. After the training period, the work schedule will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

About the Role

Our client, an industrial company located near Media, PA, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will report to the Supply Chain Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and management of assigned supplier categories
• Manage supplier risk through compliance with company procedures
• Oversee supplier negotiations including bid documents, RFPs, and collecting bid proposals
• Update vendor price lists as needed
• Meet with key suppliers periodically

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree or higher in a supply chain-related field (required)
• Supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CSCMP) are encouraged to apply
• 4 years of experience in a supply chain-related role
• Experience using SAP (ERP system)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods in an office setting
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Pay

$75,000 – $90,000 plus bonus
