Supply Chain Procurement Analyst

Risk Mitigation & Project Management Experience

As the Procurement Analyst for the HIMARS Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle from need identification through order fulfillment. This includes acting as the main liaison with suppliers, managing purchase requisitions, work orders, and contract actions, tracking engineering revisions, material forecasts, and inventory levels, reporting key supply chain metrics, risk assessments, and strategic improvement ideas to senior stakeholders, monitoring supplier performance, conducting corrective action follow-up, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison with suppliers, communicating requirements and expediting deliveries.
• Manage purchase requisitions, work orders, and contract actions from creation to close-out.
• Track engineering revisions, material forecasts, and inventory levels to prevent gaps.
• Report key supply-chain metrics, risk assessments, and improvement ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct corrective-action follow-up, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics, quality, and program teams to resolve delivery and compliance issues.
• Support travel and on-site visits when needed to strengthen supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in enterprise systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Business acumen, understanding of basic business principles.

Qualifications

• Risk mitigation and project management experience as it relates to Global Supply Chain.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule
