Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

This position reports into the Residential Equipment Purchasing Department.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage purchase orders for residential equipment.
• Maintain balanced inventory while staying within a given budget across 21 warehouses companywide for assigned product families.
• Analyze sales trends, historical data, and seasonal demand to develop accurate forecasting and replenishment plans.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of inbound shipments.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Generate and review purchasing and inventory reports for management review.
• Support sales staff with product availability, lead time, and sourcing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business.
• Prior purchasing, procurement, or inventory planning experience preferred.
• Analytical thought processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate.
• ERP / MRP Experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
