Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The contractor will support the client’s strategic growth initiatives by owning small to medium subsets of larger projects. This includes conducting research, using independent judgment to identify growth opportunities, providing and analyzing quality data, testing, learning, refining recommendations, and communicating findings within project timelines. The work will be performed in a cross‑functional environment, supporting various workstreams and leadership to meet business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Business Acumen: Serve as subject‑matter expert for the assigned initiative; learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and requirements; develop solutions and recommend project or strategy planning and data utilization using independent judgment.
• Data Analysis: Identify, research, and measure the ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets; develop and execute enhancement/optimization strategies based on performance data and customer feedback; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Project Management: Own small to medium initiative‑specific projects and reporting; prioritize projects and tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• High level of analytical ability to dissect multiple components of a problem and develop quantitative conclusions.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to effectively communicate project findings and recommendations.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and supporting multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
