Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany orders (international orders within internal plants or distribution centers), including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions.
• Investigate order status, resolve shipment discrepancies, and handle back-order situations.
• Report on demand planning, order management, inventory management, and financial reporting processes.
• Follow established procedures in supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, import/export, etc., under general guidance.
• Utilize tracking systems to manage progress and report results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, import/export, etc.
• Experience with computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the supply chain, such as SAP ERP, JDA, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, and assess alternative methods.

Skills

• Knowledge/experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, import/export, etc.
• Proficiency in computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the supply chain.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write in English.
• Basic analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level university/college degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Equivalent years of related work experience in a related field such as supply chain or customer service.

Pay

Pay range: $20-23/HR, depending on experience.

Schedule

Onsite (5 days/week), Monday-Friday (40 hours/week).
