Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data across supply chain to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements
• Identify supply chain performance gaps through data analysis, proactively engage with relevant stakeholders to understand root causes, and lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, data objects, and reports that track key supply chain metrics
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with business needs
• Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Assist in the deployment and continuous improvement of supply chain analytics tools and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis, preferably within the food or pet food industry
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization platforms (preferably Power BI)
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning or predictive modeling preferred
• Experience in Generative AI development preferred
• Familiarity with Databricks preferred
• Understanding of E2E supply chain processes preferred
